After the wild week that was UFC 293, we are back with our A.I. predictions for Noche UFC. Needless to say, our A.I. language model was just as surprised as everyone else by the shocking upset victory by Sean Strickland over Izzy, bringing its total for the week to a paltry (3-2) and (26-7) overall. Without any further ado, let's get into this weeks picks.

  • Fernando Padilla vs. Kyle Nelson at featherweight: I'm going with Padilla in this one. He's the younger and more athletic fighter, and he has a good striking game. Nelson is a bit more experienced, but he's been inconsistent in his recent fights. I think Padilla will be able to use his speed and power to get the job done.

  • Daniel Zellhuber vs. Christos Giagos at lightweight: This is a tough fight to call, but I'm leaning toward Giagos. He's the more well-rounded fighter, and he has a good chin. Zellhuber is a bit more aggressive, but he's also more prone to making mistakes. I think Giagos will be able to weather the storm and take advantage of Zellhuber's mistakes.

  • Raul Rosas Jr. vs. Terrence Mitchell at bantamweight: I'm going with Rosas Jr. in this one. He's the more experienced fighter, and he has a good ground game. Mitchell is a bit more powerful, but he's also more hittable. I think Rosas Jr. will be able to take Mitchell down and control the fight from there.

  • Kevin Holland vs. Jack Della Maddalena at welterweight: This is a great fight between two up-and-coming welterweights. I'm going with Holland in this one. He's the more well-rounded fighter, and he has a good chin. Della Maddalena is a bit more aggressive, but he's also more prone to making mistakes. I think Holland will be able to use his experience and striking to get the win.

  • Alexa Grasso vs. Valentina Shevchenko for the women's flyweight championship: This is a tough fight to call, but I'm going with Schevchenko. She's one of the best fighters in the world, Grasso is a tough challenger, but I think Schevchenko will be able to use her superior striking and grappling to get the win.

The Noche UFC card will take place on Saturday, September 16, 2023, at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. Prelims start at 7 PM EST, and the main card starts at 10:00 PM EST and will be broadcast on ESPN+.
